Our Process

How we transform your concrete in just hours—not days

Polyurethane Foam Concrete Lifting

Our advanced polyurethane foam injection technology lifts and levels sinking, settling, or uneven concrete with precision and permanence. Unlike traditional mudjacking or costly slab replacement, our process is faster, cleaner, and more durable—with most jobs completed in just 2-4 hours.

The 5-Step Process

1

Free Inspection & Estimate

We start with a thorough on-site inspection of your concrete. Our technician will assess the extent of settlement, identify the cause of the problem, and measure the areas that need lifting. You'll receive a detailed written estimate with transparent pricing—no hidden fees, no pressure.

  • ✓ Completely free, no-obligation inspection
  • ✓ Same-week appointments available
  • ✓ Written quote valid for 30 days
2

Drilling Small Injection Holes

On the day of service, our crew drills small holes (about the size of a penny—typically 3/8" to 5/8" diameter) through the concrete slab in strategic locations. These holes are carefully placed to ensure even lifting and maximum stability.

  • ✓ Holes are small and minimally visible after patching
  • ✓ No heavy equipment tearing up your yard
  • ✓ Clean process with no mud or slurry
3

Polyurethane Foam Injection

Here's where the magic happens. We inject high-density polyurethane foam through the holes and beneath the slab. The foam expands rapidly (within seconds), filling voids in the soil and lifting the concrete back to its original level with precision control.

  • ✓ Foam expands to 15x its original volume
  • ✓ Lightweight—won't overburden weak soil
  • ✓ Waterproof—won't wash out or erode
  • ✓ Environmentally safe and inert when cured
4

Precision Leveling

As the foam expands, we carefully monitor the slab's movement using precision leveling equipment. Our technicians control the lift in real-time, raising the concrete incrementally until it reaches the exact target level. This precision is impossible with traditional mudjacking.

  • ✓ Lift accuracy within 1/8 inch
  • ✓ Real-time monitoring during injection
  • ✓ Even support across the entire slab
5

Patching & Cleanup

Once the lift is complete, we patch the injection holes with color-matched concrete or mortar. The foam cures to 90% strength in just 15 minutes, so you can walk on it immediately. We clean up the work area, and you're ready to use your concrete right away.

  • ✓ Walk on it in 15 minutes
  • ✓ Drive on it in 1 hour
  • ✓ Full strength in 24 hours
  • ✓ 5-year warranty included

What to Expect on Service Day

🚛

Arrival

Our crew arrives in a clearly marked truck with all equipment. We'll introduce ourselves and review the work plan with you before starting.
